This repeatable level 78 flight quest starts with Plenos after Good Day to Fly. The full route also needs 100 Extracted Red Star Stone.
Walkthrough

Follow Plenos to Lekon and Tenius, then hunt Drak, Mutated Drake Wing, and Drake Wing for 100 Drake's Flesh.

Give the flesh to Tenius for Rotten Blood, then give it and 100 red star stones to Lekon for Bait for Drakes.

Use the bait, defeat Dius, and collect Variant Drake Wing Horns.

Exchange horns with Tenius for random materials or sell them to Plenos; Plenos also buys surplus Drake's Flesh.
