Preparation
The repeatable alliance quest begins with Wahkan at Ketra Orc Outpost. Attacking Ketra Orcs breaks or downgrades the alliance.
Walkthrough

Talk to Wahkan and hunt Varka Silenos targets for Soldier, Captain, and General badges.

For alliance level 1, submit 100 Soldier badges. For level 2, submit 200 Soldier and 100 Captain badges.

For level 3, submit 300 Soldier, 200 Captain, and 100 General badges.

For level 4, submit 300 Soldier, 300 Captain, 100 General, and the courage totem from the related quest.

For level 5, submit 400 Soldier, 400 Captain, 200 General, and the strategy totem from the commander quest.

Preserve the alliance by never attacking Ketra Orcs while these stages are active.
