Preparation
The repeatable alliance quest begins with Naran Ashanuk at Varka Silenos Barracks. Attacking Varka Silenos breaks or downgrades the alliance.
Walkthrough

Talk to Naran Ashanuk and hunt Ketra Orc targets for Soldier, Captain, and General badges.

For alliance level 1, submit 100 Soldier badges. For level 2, submit 200 Soldier and 100 Captain badges.

For level 3, submit 300 Soldier, 200 Captain, and 100 General badges.

For level 4, submit 300 Soldier, 300 Captain, 100 General, and the valor item from the related courage quest.

For level 5, submit 400 Soldier, 400 Captain, 200 General, and the wisdom item from the commander quest.

Preserve the alliance by never attacking Varka Silenos while these stages are active.
