The quest starts with Maximilian in Giran at level 45. Prepare 500 Spirit Ore, 1,000 Thread, and 500 Suede.
Walkthrough

Talk to Maximilian, then Gentler in the Giran shop. Take Map and find Miki the Cat on Devil's Isle.

Hunt Alligator on Alligator Island for 20 Medicinal Herb and return them to Gentler with 500 Spirit Ore.

Return to Miki the Cat, hear the explanation, and go back to Gentler.

Give Gentler 1,000 Thread and 500 Suede.

Choose one head accessory from the available cat, raccoon, or rabbit ears.
