Preparation
The one-time quest is available from level 30 from Filaur in Dwarven Village. Prepare 20 Bandage, 5 Energy Stone, and 10 Key of Thief.
Walkthrough

Talk to Filaur with all requested materials in the inventory.

Exchange them for Supplying Goods for Railroad Worker.

Travel to the railroad station in Plunderous Plains and give the parcel to Obi.

Choose the Soulshot (D-Grade) or Adena reward branch.
