The quest starts with Orkurus in Giran at level 39 for Trooper. Reserve space for reports, Message Plate, and recommendations.
Walkthrough

Talk to Orkurus and Tenain. Hunt the listed Breka Orc groups until the required heads are collected, then return to Tenain.

Meet Caravaner Gort. Hunt Road Scavenger until Message Plate drops and take it to Tenain.

Speak with Entien. Obtain Report - East from Dead Seeker and Report - North from Marsh Stakato Drone, then return to Entien.

Find Harkilgamed and defend him from Divine Emissary. Take Harkilgamed's Letter to Tenain.

Deliver Tenain's Recommendation to Orkurus and receive Orkurus' Recommendation.
