Walkthrough

Talk to Willie in Town of Oren at level 48.

Fish with Earth Fishing Lure until Small Purple Treasure Chest is caught, or obtain an unopened chest from another player.

Give the unopened chest to Willie and receive Small Glass Box.

Deliver Small Glass Box to Anabel in Heine and receive Plated Leather Gloves.
