The repeatable quest is available from level 25 from Nell in Gludin Village. The second collection is larger than the first.
Walkthrough

Talk to Nell and accept the elemental stone research.

Hunt Roxide, Lakin Undine, Rowin Undine, Death Fire, Lakin Salamander, and Salamander Rowin in Forgotten Temple.

Collect 50 Flare Shard and 50 Freezing Shard and return them to Nell.

If you continue the quest, collect 200 of each shard and return the full second set to Nell for the recorded payment.
Description
Do you wish to hear my story? Sometime ago, I met a Elder. He told me that the Forgotten Temple is related to the Ruins on Talking Island.
More than anything else, this glittering Flare Shard and Freezing Shard are the proof! They are fragments of elemental stone found in the Ruins of Talking Island and the Forgotten Temple! Before they were broken, these two elemental stones must have had mutual resonance.
