This one-time level 76 quest has two routes: start with Holly in Goddard for Water, or Weber in Rune for Wind.
Walkthrough

Follow Holly's route to Yin or Weber's route to Yang. Receive Attribute Master Yin's Sword or Attribute Master Yang's Sword.

Equip the temporary sword and defeat Reckless Sprite of Water or Reckless Sprite of Air until you collect 6 matching Reckless Soul Piece.

Return to Yin or Yang, hand over the first six pieces, and receive another temporary weapon.

Equip it and collect 6 more pieces from the same targets, then return to the Attribute Master.

Choose 2 Rough Ore of Fire, Water, Earth, Wind, Dark, or Holy. You also receive 202,160 EXP and 20,375 SP.
