Preparation
This repeatable level 75 party quest starts with Edric in Seed of Destruction during the required Seed stage. Every member must accept it and have no instance lockout.
Walkthrough

Each member accepts the quest; the leader then selects one of four mounted-troop difficulties.

Enter the instance and defeat the selected troop within the time limit.

Return to Edric after success and have every member speak with him.

Receive a battle reward chest whose grade depends on difficulty and party size.
Description
When I was a soldier, I fought, armed only with patriotism and loyalty. And I survived, as you can see. But all I got for my efforts were these menial chores and this lowly rank of "Officer."
Ha! How I long for the days when I saw my enemy face to face! But I am still a soldier, and I will still obey orders -- no matter how much I hate them.
Will you at least fight on my behalf? I long to see these remnants destroyed.
