Preparation
The repeatable quest is available from level 37 from Lorain near Cruma Tower. Keep the Titan Lamp in your inventory during the experiment.
Walkthrough

Talk to Lorain and receive Titan Lamp.

Enter Cruma Tower and fight Catherok while carrying the lamp. Let the lamp be exposed to Catherok's electrical skill as the journal requires.

Check the lamp after the exposure. If it breaks, repeat the experiment with the next lamp supplied by the quest.

Return a successfully charged Titan Lamp to Lorain for a random dye.
