Preparation
The repeatable quest is available from level 40 from Jurek, Gideon, or Winonin. Choose a Red, Green, or Blue Soul Crystal to begin.
Walkthrough

Talk to one of the three quest NPCs and receive the Soul Crystal color you want to develop.

Carry the crystal and use the quest's Soul Crystal action on a compatible monster from the journal before killing it.

Check the crystal after every successful attempt. A failed attempt may leave it unchanged or break it, so do not assume every kill increases its stage.

Continue only on monsters permitted for the current crystal stage. Return to a quest NPC when you need another starting crystal or the related instructions.
