Walkthrough

Take Sealed Prophecy - Path of the God from Natools to Tobias in Town of Gludio.

Receive Prophecy - Path of the God and Empty Sound Crystal, then speak with Casian in Wasteland.

Take Angel Medicine to Weathered Rock.

Speak with Fallen Angel, give the medicine, and record Angel's Message in the sound crystal.

Deliver Angel's Message to Tobias to complete the quest.
