Preparation
This one-time level 80 quest starts with Olf Adams in Rune. You will need repeated Frintezza raids to collect the required fragments.
Walkthrough

Talk to Olf Adams and accept the request.

Join a party or command channel and complete the Frintezza raid by defeating Scarlet van Halisha.

Eligible party members near the boss receive 1 to 3 Frintezza's Soul Fragment per victory.

Repeat the raid until you have 20 Frintezza's Soul Fragment.

Return to Olf Adams and receive Soul Cloak of Frintezza.
Description
Recently, our weavers' guild learned how to imbed the souls of monsters into the clothes that we make.
This method allows us to make clothes that are far superior, and gives the wearer a monster-like appearance.
If you can collect souls of boss monsters, I can make you a new cloak. Interested?
