Preparation
This one-time level 75 quest starts with Lekon at Keucereus Alliance Base.
Walkthrough

Talk to Lekon and choose the temporary Aurabird Falcon or Aurabird Owl transformation.

Fly outside the base and hunt Vulture Rider while transformed.

Collect 5 Rider's Mark. If the transformation expires, return to Lekon to receive it again.

Deliver the five marks to Lekon.

Receive the matching Spellbook - Aurabird Falcon or Spellbook - Aurabird Owl, Lekon's Certificate, 25,160 EXP, and 2,525 SP.
Description
Any skilled adventurer in Gracia is permitted to fly. Hunting and collecting are possible up there too.
Of course, you will need to pass a simple test to prove that you're a match for any of the monsters you might encounter. I'm not worried about you, though! So how about it? Would you like to take the test?
