Preparation
The repeatable quest is available from level 66 from Kahman in Swamp of Screams. Promotion is completed in two hunting stages.
Walkthrough

Talk to Kahman and accept the recruit test.

Hunt Splinter Stakato, Worker, Soldier, and Drone and collect Splinter Stakato Chitin until the recruit requirement is complete. Return to Kahman for the recruit badge.

Continue with both Splinter and Needle Stakato families and collect Needle Stakato Chitin for the elite stage.

Return the completed proof to Kahman and receive Golden Ram Badge - Soldier with the recorded elite privileges.
