Travel to Windy Hill. Hunt Sobbing Wind, Babbling Wind, Giggling Wind, Singing Wind, and Whispering Wind, as listed in the original journal.

Collect Fairy Breath. You may return with any amount, but turning in 10 or more grants an additional reward.

Return to Galatea and turn in Fairy Breath.
Description
Collect the breath of Wind Sylph, the wind fairy, on Windy Hill.

- Collecting Fairy Breath. The Head Summoner Galatea thinks that one of the reasons the southern area of Gludio is in ruin is because the balance of fairy energy has been disrupted. She is researching possible causes.
Help her efforts by defeating the mad wind fairies on Windy Hill and collecting the last sighs of the fairies.
