Preparation
This one-time level 83 quest starts with Klein near the entrance to Valakas. Bring a Vacualite Floating Stone and join a Valakas raid.
Walkthrough

Talk to Klein and receive Empty Crystal.

Enter Hall of Flames with the raid and take part in the battle.

Defeat Valakas. For eligible participants near the boss, Empty Crystal changes into Filled Crystal (Valakas Energy).

Return to Klein after the journal updates.

Deliver the filled crystal and receive Jewel of Valakas.
