Talk to Orven and receive High Priest Orven's Letter.

Travel to Gludio Airship Field and board the airship to Keucereus Alliance Base in Gracia.

After landing, talk to Papiku near the dock.

Go inside Keucereus Alliance Base and deliver the letter to Keucereus.

Receive 92,500 Adena, 75,480 EXP, and 7,570 SP.
