Preparation
The one-time quest is available from level 80 from Gilmore in Dragon Valley. Seven different raid bosses are required.
Walkthrough

Accept the quest from Gilmore.

Defeat Emerald Horn, Dust Rider, Bleeding Fly, Blackdagger Wing, Shadow Summoner, Spike Slasher, and Muscle Bomber.

Collect one Large Dragon Skull from each first-time credited boss, for 7 total.

Return to Gilmore and choose one offered Vesper weapon.
