Preparation
The quest starts with Hierarch in Valley of Saints at level 61 after Sweet Whisper. Hierarch gives 4 Blood of Saint, one for each Altar of Saints.
Walkthrough

Talk to Hierarch and receive four Blood of Saint.

Use one Blood of Saint at the first Altar of Saints through its dialogue.

Activate the second, third, and fourth altars in sequence, waiting for each stage to update.

Return to Hierarch after all four altars are complete.
