Preparation
This one-time level 75 quest starts with Orbyu after The Enveloping Darkness. You need access to Seed of Destruction and 10,000 Adena for Ginby.
Walkthrough

Talk to Orbyu and then follow the journal conversations with Artius. Pay Ginby 10,000 Adena, meet Lelrikia in the hidden room, and return to Artius.

In Seed of Destruction, hunt Dragon Steed Troop, White Dragon Leader, Savage Warrior, Priest of Darkness, and Mutated Drake until you collect 100 Destroyed Darkness Fragment Powder.

Show the powder to Artius. Go to the Mother Tree north of Elven Village and purify all 100 pieces into Destroyed Light Fragment Powder.

Return to Artius, then take the 100 purified pieces to Lekon. Speak with Lekon again after processing and receive Sacred Light Fragment.

Deliver Sacred Light Fragment to Artius. Receive 556,980 Adena, 1,009,016 EXP, and 91,363 SP.
