This repeatable level 70 fortress quest starts with its Warden. All party members must belong to the owning clan and the fortress must permit entry.
Walkthrough

Every member accepts the quest and the leader enters the fortress dungeon through the Warden.

Clear three waves of Kanadis Guide and Kanadis Follower without leaving during the intervals.

Defeat both final-wave Kanadis Guides; living nearby members receive credit.

Return to the Warden and receive 152 Knight's Epaulette.
