Preparation
The quest is available from level 75 from Asefa after the first water-power quest. Do not attack Ketra Orcs while it is active.
Walkthrough

Talk to Asefa and take the green totem to Varka's Holy Altar.

Use the totem at the altar to summon Soul of Water Ashutar.

Defeat Ashutar and collect Ice Heart of Ashutar.

Return the heart to Asefa and complete the quest.
Description
After investigating, I found that the magical power comes from the water spirit conjured by using the totem. If you can kill it, it will weaken Udan Mardui's magical power. Will you take on this important mission?
