Preparation
The one-time quest is available from level 76 from Matras in Steel Citadel. It requires defeating Demon Prince and Ranku.
Walkthrough

Talk to Matras and accept the blueprint request.

Defeat Demon Prince and obtain Demon Prince's Blueprint.

Defeat Ranku and obtain Ranku's Blueprint.

Give both blueprints to Matras to receive the recorded Adena, EXP, SP, and six elemental Rough Ore rewards.
Description
You know I am keenly interested in the magnificent structure called the Steel Citadel. I have been researching it, but strangely I have found no complete blueprints. It seems that it was built independently by a number of different parties... I am still searching for additional information, but without success.
