Preparation
The one-time quest is available from level 50 from Hardin at Hardin's Academy. It unlocks transformations and rewards Transformation Sealbook: Onyx Beast.
Walkthrough

Talk to Hardin and then Errickin in Hunters Village.

In Forest of Mirrors, hunt Forest of Mirrors Ghost and Mirror until you collect 35 Ectoplasm. Exchange them with Errickin for Stabilized Ectoplasm.

Return to Hardin and take Hardin's Instructions to Clayton in Town of Dion.

Hunt Glass Jaguar until you collect 5 Glass Jaguar Crystal. Give them to Clayton and receive Blank Sealbook.

Return the sealbook to Hardin to complete the quest.
