The repeatable quest is available from level 63 from Mysterious Wizard in Forest of the Dead. Some undead appear only at night.
Walkthrough

Talk to Mysterious Wizard and accept both collections.

Hunt Devil Bat, Atrox, and other vampires for Vampire's Heart.

Hunt the night undead listed in the journal for Zombie's Brain.

Return after collecting 200 Vampire's Heart for the main reward; submit additional hearts or brains under the quest's repeatable exchange rules.
Description
This land is fertile ground for the materials I need in my dark arts. The problem is, my servants all have rotten heads! I need someone to give me a hand cultivating the forest.
