Preparation
The one-time quest is available from level 40 after choosing Consideration in Relic Exploration. Start with Nikola near Cruma Tower.
Walkthrough

Agree to cooperate with Nikola and take Nikola's Map to Lorain.

Find Destroyed Device in Cruma Tower and activate its Alarm. Wait if another attempt is in progress.

Complete the device dialogues until you receive Metallograph or Broken Metal Pieces.

Give the result to Lorain. The Metallograph branch also awards Loraine's Certificate.
