Preparation
The one-time Pailaka is available at levels 73–77 from Ketra Orc Shaman. Keep room for the temporary spear, two upgrades, supplies, and rewards.
Walkthrough

Enter Pailaka through Ketra Orc Shaman and receive Spear of Silenos from Ketra Orc Supporter.

Move through the instance and collect Pailaka Soulshot - Grade A, Quick Healing Potion, and Pailaka Instant Shield.

Take Weapon Upgrade Stage 1 to Ketra Orc Intelligence Officer to create Enhanced Spear of Silenos.

Take Weapon Upgrade Stage 2 to the officer to create Complete Spear of Silenos. You may also select up to five temporary buffs.

Defeat Latana.

Speak with the appearing Ketra Orc Supporter to complete the quest and leave Pailaka.
