Preparation
The one-time Pailaka is available at levels 36–42 from Inspector Adler in Town of Gludio. Leave room for the temporary sword, books, essences, and potions.
Walkthrough

Enter Pailaka through Inspector Adler and speak with Inspector Sinai for Sprite's Sword and the first Temple Book of Secrets.

Follow the books through Forgotten Temple and use the temporary Pailaka supplies.

Defeat Gargos and Kinsus, collect the water-related essence and enhancer, and upgrade the sword.

Defeat Papion and Hillas, collect the fire-related essence and enhancer, and upgrade the sword to Sword of Ice and Fire.

Continue exchanging completed books with Temple Inspector.

Defeat Adiantum with the upgraded weapon.

Speak with Inspector Adler inside Pailaka to complete the quest and leave the instance.
Description
What do you know about Pailaka? The Ivory Tower discovered it shortly after Kamaloka.
Apparently, it's a kind of "pocket reality" created by Kamaloka's energy acting on places that are filled with a high degree of chaos: old battlefields or the sites of powerful magical experiments, for example.
Although Pailaka is not part of our reality, what happens there can affect our world...
