The quest starts with Sione on Isle of Souls at level 18 for a female Kamael Soldier. Keep Steelrazor Evaluation for the Warder class transfer.
Walkthrough

Hunt Ol Mahum Novice and Patrol for 10 Orders and 5 Organization Chart, then return to Sione.

Take Gobie's Orders to Gobie. Deliver her letters to Bathis and Tobias and return both replies.

Take Report to Sione to its owner, then return to Gobie for Empty Soul Crystal.

Hunt Maille Lizardman, Scout, and Guard until Ol Mahum Officer Tak appears. Defeat him and capture his soul.

Return Tak's Captured Soul to Gobie and receive Steelrazor Evaluation.
