The quest is available from level 19 to Orc Fighter. Required kills must be made bare-handed or with fist weapons.
Walkthrough

Talk to Gantaki Zu Urutu in Orc Village and find Rosheek near Frozen Waterfalls.

Using only bare hands or fist weapons, complete Rosheek's three collections: 5 Kasha Bear Claw, 5 Kasha Blade Spider Talon, and 5 Scarlet Salamander Scale. Return each filled pouch to him.

Take Fiery Spirit Scroll to Gantaki, then visit Kasman in Gludin Village and find Toruku north of the village.

For Toruku, kill 3 each of Vuku Orc Fighter, Ratman Warrior, Langk Lizardman Warrior, and Felim Lizardman Warrior with the permitted weapon. Return the full pouch.

If the journal uses the later Aren branch, visit Aren in Valley of the Lords, collect 6 Kasha Spider's Tooth, then defeat Baar Dre Vanul and continue to Moira in Schuttgart.

Complete the active branch and receive Khavatari Totem for the Monk occupation change.
Description
To become a Monk, you must possess the 2 scrolls containing the basic secrets of Kabart, the traditional Orc martial art. The first scroll is called the Fiery Spirit Scroll. To obtain it, seek out Khavatari Rosheek.
