Preparation
The quest is available from level 19 to Human Fighter. Use only Neti's Bow or Neti's Dagger for the required hunting stages.
Walkthrough

Talk to Bezique at the west gate of Gludin Village, then visit Neti.

Equip Neti's weapon and hunt Tracker Skeleton, Tracker Skeleton Leader, Skeleton Scout, Skeleton Bowman, Ruin Spartoi, and Raging Spartoi in Ruins of Agony until you collect 10 Spartoi's Bones.

Return the bones to Neti, then take Horseshoe of Light to Bezique.

Equip Neti's weapon again and hunt Cat's Eye Bandit near Abandoned Camp until you recover the stolen goods listed by the quest.

Return the goods to Bezique and receive Bezique's Recommendation.

Talk to Ramos in Gludin Village when you are ready to change occupation to Rogue.
Description

Recently, a pack of thieves has been running wild near Gludin Village and causing us problems. They know that our village is in disorder because of the restoration project, and they have been exploiting the opportunity to sneak in and out, stealing the property of many innocent people.
According to the people who have seen them, they are not humans but Ol Mahums. They are so fast that our guards lose them in pursuit every time. If you can capture those thieves, we will recognize your talents and recommend you to be a Rogue.
