Preparation
The quest is available from level 19 to Human Fighter. Keep the supplied trial weapon for the required kills.
Walkthrough

Talk to Auron in Gludin Village, then visit Simplon in Town of Gludio.

Hunt Tracker Skeleton and Tracker Skeleton Leader in Ruins of Agony until you collect 10 Rusted Bronze Sword.

Return the swords to Simplon and take his letter and Sword of Trial back to Auron.

Equip the trial sword and hunt Venomous Spider and Arachnid Tracker around Windmill Hill until you collect 20 Poison Spider's Leg.

Return the legs to Auron and receive Medallion of Warrior.

Talk to Ramos in Gludin Village when you are ready to change occupation to Warrior.
