Walkthrough

Visit Leikan in Gludin Village and accept his request. Hunt Moonstone Beast until you collect 10 Moonstone Beast's Molar.

Return the molars to Leikan and learn where the thief is hiding.

Find Calpico near School of Dark Arts, defeat him, and recover Shilen's Tears.

Take Shilen's Tears to Arkenia and receive Arkenia's Recommendation.

Bring the recommendation to Triskel and receive Iron Heart for the Assassin occupation change.
Description
Assassins are murderers who kill quietly and swiftly, then vanish into the forest. They are also fighters of darkness who are talented in concealment and spying. They target the enemy's weak points with small but convenient weapons like daggers, or shoot arrows from a long distance.
