Preparation
The quest is available from level 19 to Elven Mystic. The main route runs between Town of Gludio and the lighthouse at Gludin Harbor.
Walkthrough

Talk to Manuel in Town of Gludio and accept the investigation of the miraculous girl.

Find Allana near the lighthouse at Gludin Harbor. Defeat the attacking Lizardman Warrior, Scout, and their leader, then talk to Allana again.

Find Perrin, defeat Tamil, and question Perrin. Take the recovered money back to Allana.

Return to Manuel when his urgent message advances the journal.

Go back to the lighthouse, defeat the hired lizardmen, and protect Allana.

Report the result to Manuel and receive Leaf of Oracle.

Complete the occupation change with the appropriate high priest at level 20.
Description
If you want to be an Elven Oracle who fulfills that holy will of Eva, you must listen carefully to what I am about to say.
Between us Elven Priests, there has been a prophecy that has been handed down for hundreds of years. This is a prophecy given by the Mother Tree, mother of all woods and Elves. It speaks of one girl that will purify the forces of darkness that prevail in the world, whose birth will save all those that are persecuted by the powers of the darkness.
We call this the prophecy of the sacred flame according to the original text. However, there have been rumors that the girl mentioned in the prophecy has appeared. I would like you to confirm the truth of this rumor.
