Preparation
The quest is available from level 19 to Elven Fighter. It begins with Reisa in Town of Gludio.
Walkthrough

Talk to Reisa, then visit Moretti and accept the search for Prias.

Hunt Ol Mahum Patrol until you recover all four pieces of Prias's torn letter. Return them to Moretti.

Go to the Neutral Zone, find Prias, and hunt Ol Mahum Sentry until you obtain Rusted Key.

Use the key to free Prias, then take Prias's Letter back to Moretti.

Bring Honorary Guard from Moretti to Reisa and receive Reisa's Recommendation.

Complete the occupation change with the appropriate grand master at level 20.
