Preparation
The quest is available from level 19 to Elven Mystic. Rosella's trial requires the elemental jewels of earth, fire, water, and wind.
Walkthrough

Talk to Rosella in Elven Village and receive Fertility Peridot.

Visit Greenis, hunt Pincer Spider until you collect 5 Red Down, and return them for Magical Powers Ruby.

Return to Rosella, then visit Thalia near Iris Lake. Hunt Dryad Elder until you collect 5 Gold Leaves and return them for Pure Aquamarine.

Return to Rosella, then visit Northwind near Elven Fortress. Hunt Sukar Wererat Leader inside the fortress until you collect 2 Amethyst and return them for Nobility Amethyst.

Bring the three obtained jewels back to Rosella and receive Eternity Diamond.

Talk to Raymond in Town of Gludio when you are ready to change occupation to Elven Wizard.
Description
Elven Wizards are in the preparatory level before becoming a Spellsinger or Elemental Summoner. They aren't to be compared with the likes of the Dark Elves, who walk the path of evil.
To become an Elven Wizard, you must learn how to communicate with the spirits. For this communication, you must find the four jewels that symbolize water, fire, wind and earth and then perform a ritual. The ritual is performed to gain understanding of the basic elements that construct the world, and to receive Eva's blessing.
