Preparation
The quest is available from level 19 to Orc Fighter. The second half follows the betrayer named by your current journal branch.
Walkthrough

Talk to Karukia in Orc Village and accept the courage trial.

Hunt Goblin Tomb Raider Leader and use their maps to find Kuruka Ratman Leader. Defeat the required leaders and collect their proof.

Return to Karukia and receive the reports naming the Orc betrayers.

Follow the active report, defeat the named betrayer, and take the head to Kasman in Gludin Village. If the journal sends you to Schuttgart, follow Tazeer's Timora Orc branch instead.

Complete the branch and receive Mark of Raider.

Talk to the appropriate high prefect at level 20 to change occupation to Orc Raider.
Description
Orc Raiders are of the most elite rank among fighters of our race! Their mere appearance on the battlefield makes the enemy troops shiver in fear!
To earn the qualifications to become an Orc Raider, you must prove that you have courage that has no regard for death, and absolute loyalty to the Orcs. There have been many young ones that lost their lives trying to prove their courage and loyalty! It is not something to challenge with a light heart!
