Preparation
Only the clan leader owning Goddard Castle may complete this quest. The castle must have no contracted fortress; arrange a raid group for both alliance spirits.
Walkthrough

Start with Alfred and choose Soul of Fire Nastron or Soul of Water Ashutar.

Defeat the selected spirit and report to Alfred.

Defeat the opposite spirit.

Return to Alfred to become Lord of Goddard.
Description
The Varka Silenos and Ketra Orcs are the chief problem at the moment, but if their power could be reduced, I think we could contain them. Fortunately, they are fairly equally matched right now. But if one side becomes weaker, their fight could turn into an all-out war.
