Only the clan leader owning Innadril Castle may complete this quest. The castle must have no contracted fortress and a trusted member is required.
Walkthrough

Start with Neurath and appoint the trusted clan member.

The member reports to Iason Heine, then the owner continues with Neurath.

Hunt the listed Crokian, Dailaon, Farhite, Nos, and Lad groups until the journal completes.

Return to Neurath to become Lord of Innadril.
