Preparation
The one-time quest is available from level 70 after Resurrection of an Old Manager. Start with Suspicious-Looking Pile of Stones, which awakens as Atlanta.
Walkthrough

Talk to Atlanta, Yumi, and Wendy. Return to Atlanta for Flower of Pavel and give it to Wendy. Report to Yumi.

Question Wendy about N.45 Arrival of Eternal Spring, then obtain the North Wing password from Atlanta.

Use Weathermaster in North Wing and terminate the prototype. Report to Atlanta.

Search Dr. Chaos's Secret Bookshelf in East Wing, survive the trap, and take Lockup Research Report to Yumi. Use Key of Enigma to read it.

Enter East Wing with Wendy's code and disable the dangerous energy process at Weathermaster.

Obtain the West Wing password from Atlanta and stop the final N.45 process there.

Report to Atlanta, receive her last message from Wendy, and finish with Yumi.
