The quest starts with Black Cat at level 76 for Plains Walker. Prepare Ice Crystal and Divine Stone of Wisdom.
Walkthrough

Visit Elena and have Donath prepare her food using Ice Crystal. Deliver it to Elena for the first amulet.

Commune with the first tablet, defeat Guardians of Forbidden Knowledge, and complete the third tablet encounter.

Give Divine Stone of Wisdom from either alliance to Hermit and commune with the fourth tablet.

Meet the second Hermit, collect 700 Halisha's Mark or use Four Sepulchers, defeat Archon of Halisha, and commune with the fifth tablet.

Help Staris by defeating Monument Guardian Azrael and commune with the final tablet.

Return to Black Cat and transfer to Wind Rider.
