Preparation
The one-time Elf quest is available from level 12 from Alberius in Elven Village. Leave several inventory slots free for the medicine deliveries.
Walkthrough

Talk to Alberius and take Alberius's Letter to Cobendell.

Receive Evergreen Amulet, then hunt Dryad and Dryad Elder in Elven Forest until you collect 10 Dryad's Tears.

Give the tears and amulet to Cobendell and receive five portions of Cobendell's Medicine.

Deliver one portion to Alberius, then take the remaining medicine to Berros, Veltress, Rayen, and Gartrandell.

Return to Alberius to complete the quest.
