Preparation
The one-time Kamael quest is available from level 75 from Kekropus after Fate's Whisper and requires Star of Destiny. Keep room for Black Echo Crystal, 62 Shining Medallion, and Blood Jewel.
Walkthrough

Visit Mysterious Wizard, hunt Needle Stakato Drone for Black Echo Crystal, and return it.

Follow the meeting with Katenar, then find Harkilgamed at Rock.

In Valley of Saints, collect 62 Shining Medallion from the listed Splendor enemies and give them to Harkilgamed.

Continue the Katenar and Mysterious Wizard meetings. Hunt Vampire Wizard for Blood Jewel, give it to Katenar, and speak with Kurstin.

Return to Kekropus and Mao. In the quest area, follow Rodenpicula, Mother Nornil, and Rodenpicula again.

Return to Kekropus; Star of Destiny is consumed and Scroll: Enchant Weapon (A-Grade) is awarded.
