Preparation
The one-time quest is available from level 79 from Iason Heine after Secret Ritual of the Priests. The main route is in a separate past-era instance.
Walkthrough

Talk to Iason Heine and Merchant of Mammon to enter the quest area.

Receive Court Magician's Magic Staff, then obtain Elmoreden Holy Water and Sacred Sword of Einhasad from Shunaiman.

Break the barriers and activate the seals along the route until you collect 4 Seal of Binding. Shunaiman can replace lost water or sword.

Give all four seals to Shunaiman and finish the scene.

Return to Iason Heine.

I've had a look over that page, and I have good news and bad news in equal measure. First the bad: the document was written in heavy, heavy slang, meaning I've had to best-guess several whole phrases. There were also some markings on the contract which made some sections illegible....
