Preparation
The quest starts with Hierarch in Valley of Saints at level 62 after the preceding altar task. Hierarch gives 5 Crystal of Seal, one for each Evil Altar.
Walkthrough

Talk to Hierarch and receive the five crystals.

Find the first Evil Altar and remove its seal through the dialogue.

Activate the second, third, fourth, and fifth Evil Altars in the order indicated by the journal. Wait for the quest stage to update before moving to the next altar.

Return to Hierarch after all five crystals have been used.
