The one-time quest is available from level 76 from Mushika after Meeting the Elroki. Keep room for Gazkh Fragment, hunting materials, and Epitaph of Wisdom.
Walkthrough

Take Gazkh Fragment from Mushika to Karakawei.

Hunt Ornithomimus and Deinonychus until you collect 2 Ornithomimus Claw and 2 Deinonychus Bone Fragment. Give them to Karakawei.

Activate Ulu Kaimu with T-E-P-U and complete its dialogue.

Activate Balu Kaimu with T-O-O-N and complete its dialogue.

Activate Chuta Kaimu with W-A-G-U, hear the history, and receive Epitaph of Wisdom.

Return to Mushika to complete the quest.
