Walkthrough

Talk to Matild, take Alchemy Text, find Secret Keeper Tree, and obtain Secret Book of Potion. Return it to Matild.

Collect the ingredients on Matild's list: Amber Scale, Wind Soulstone, Glass Eye, Horror Ectoplasm, Silenos Horn, Ant Soldier Aphid, Tyrant's Chitin, and Bugbear Blood.

Use the target list in the journal: Amber Basilisk, Whispering Wind, Glass Jaguar, Horror Mist Ripper, Silenos, Ant Soldier or Captain, Tyrant or Kingpin, and Turak Bugbear or Warrior.

Return all ingredients to Matild and receive Wish Potion with Matild's Orb.

Choose the wish carefully; the resulting reward is random. Keep Matild's Orb to repeat the ingredient collection later.
