Preparation
Start with Tifaren at level 63 after Hidden Truth. Ghost of Priest remains only briefly after the ritual, so speak with it immediately.
Walkthrough

Talk to Tifaren, then receive Cross of Einhasad from Innocentin. Return the cross to Tifaren and agree to obtain a skull.

Hunt Trampled Man and the other sacrificed villagers named by the quest in Forest of the Dead until Lost Skull of Elf drops. Return it to Tifaren.

Wait for the ritual and immediately speak with Ghost of Priest. Return to Innocentin and receive his letter.

At the well in the northwestern ruined village, first speak with Ghost of Adventurer and receive Jewel of Adventurer.

Examine Well to summon Soul of the Well. Fight until the jewel changes, then speak with Ghost of Adventurer again.

Examine Well for Sealed Report Box, have the ghost remove its first seal, and take Report Box to Innocentin. Read the full report and finish his dialogue.
